Most of the 450s will handle a guy your size but may feel small to you. There's also the Yamaha Raptor 700 which has gobs of power with a bigger frame. If you're going to be going in mud and over rocky strewn hills you may want to consider a utility.

The Raptor 700 is a great trail and sand machine. Others to consider that are good sized are the Kawasaki KFX 700 if you don't want to shift and just enjoy the ride, and the Polaris Outlaw 525 IRS. Sporty quads with 4wd are very limited. CanAm makes the Renegade in 500 and 800 cc machines, Polaris has the Scrambler 500, and Yamaha has the Wolverine 450. Renegades are both powerful and quick. Scrambler is a dated but reliable machine, Wolverine is slowest but still a good buy.

You are a big guy, but not huge. Raptor 700 is your best bet. It's a torque monster!
The KFX700 isn't really a sport quad at all, but rather a "hybrid" shaft drive automatic tranny 2wd utility in sport plastic. Very much a huge pig!
The Honda 700XX is a weird machine. It has IRS (independent rear suspension) which gives it high ground clearance and a smooth ride in rocky terrain. Porkey just like the Kawi. This is a good choice if you mostly ride rough and/or rutted trails.
