Hi from Saint John, New Brunswick
Hi all. I just found this site after digging out my 1985 Suzuki LT250F from the shed. My dad bought this bike new when I was 15 years old, and the first few years of it's life was pretty rough, as you could imagine, being in the hands of a crazy teenager. It's old school 2wd - no rear suspension at all, but has been as reliable as a stone. Dad bought a plow when he got the bike, and it's been plowing snow for the last 24 winters! It even has the original chain/sprockets. Awesome little workhorse.
Hopefully I'll be able to pick the brains of some of you here, I'm having some issues with the starter "sticking". It turns when I'm pulling the engine over with the rip cord, and keeps turning while the engine is running. You should hear the sound..... Wish me luck...
