Default Hi from Illinois

Just stopped in to say Hi! I'm from northern Illinois, the worst state for ATV's, We own a 2006 Kingquad, the Cadillac, and a 2007 Honda TRX 400, the sports car. We love to ride when we can, been on the Cheese County trails, and the Tuscobia trail in Wisconsin. Right now, just waiting for it to get warm.
If anyone would like to hook up and ride, let me know!

Hello Don and welcome. I too live in Illinois. McHenry to be exact. Usually from spring to fall we go North every other weekend and will do 200+ miles in one day. My buddy has a place in Athelstane WI. (Dunbar trail system).

I agree Illinois has nothing to offer. But to our advantage there are many places only a few hours over the border in WI. The Cheese trails are quite boring but its a good place to go with kids for the day. Black River Falls is great (about 1/2 a hour more drive time then Cheese trails). Also Rhinelander offers plenty of hills and turns. Great place which is A+ in my book. And where we ride offers many miles of trails that go into MI also. Sometimes we will leave on Saturday morning. Ride all day, get a hotel and ride back to the cabin next day making it a 400 + mile adventure. All these trails can be found online.
