Hello everyone,

Just bought my first ATV, and found this nice little forum. I needed something to plow with, and I was on a budget, but I managed to find a little gem. Call me crazy, but I picked up a 05 John Deere Trail Buck 500. Machine only has 700 miles on it, it was really clean, seems well maintained. I probably paid a little too much, but I am happy with it. Coupled it with a 50" American eagle plow system, and I have been having way too much fun with it. I am looking forward to learning more about the ATV experience, and conversing with you fine folks on the board.

Welcome to the forum. If I remember correctly those were made for Deere by Bombardier which is now CanAm.

Welcome to the forums!! Yep, Moose is correct...made by bombardier for JD. Pretty nice quads from what I remember.

Thanks for the welcome...I was fully aware that the JD was a Traxter is disguise. I had her out in the snow today and had a blast.

Welcome! What part of SD are you in? I spent 15 years in Rapid City before moving up here to Alaska! Definitely miss all the logging trails in the black hills! That was ATV heaven!
