Cool What up!

Whats up everyone, my name is Brian, i just recently starting getting into quads, although i don't have one myself yet, i plan to own one soon ... i recently bought my son a Chinese quad that lasted 2 months and went bad. I rebuilt it and its still running but i feel like its a ticking time bomb lol ... i am also helping a friend on his 350 raptor, it recently started ticking, i did a valve adjustment, and its still ticking. I am hoping with some of your help i might be able to fix his quad, and help me find something so start riding in ...

Welcome, Welcome. Might pull off the side cover and check the timing chain. I know the 400ex's would develop a constant ticking when the chain began to stretch.

There won't be any adjustment. On the 400's anyways there is a spring loaded auto tensioner but, once it's stretched past that point it just has to be replaced.
