Greetings fellow ATV-ers. im chris, obviously new to the site and the forums and i'll be bugging hell outta yall with the questions that i lay awake in bed pondering that i never did figure out in the garage.
Im just getting into CL and have traded for a whole garage full of stuff that i "think" is a salvageable lot. if i know something you dont, hell, ask me. because im sure gonna be asking yall just as much.
about me. im a 38 yr old w/m from south alabama, i love riding my very illegal dirt bike down the main street in my town, and i think somewhere along the way my forefathers paved the way for me to be "that" guy. sure the neighbors may point, hell they may even cover their heads with their pillows during my wee hour garage tinkerings, but again, if i didnt have an outlet id probably run amuck with a high powered rifle, so this works out best for everyone.
heres what i got. I have an 86 suzuki dr100 dirtbike. this baby's basic, missing side plastics, the "champion " yellow is wayyyy off, but it still runs. i give er hell every chance i get. i got my 12 yr old son a 2005 suzuki drz110. this thing will slam you to the ground in a hurry, and i got some video somewhere to prove it. nothing wrong with this bike at all. i recently bought a yamaha yfm80 moto 4, it sat up for over a year, and the guy it came from had NO clue, so after a 75 dollar withdrawal, i brought her home with me. then i traded a honda generator for a shineray 200 cc quad and a panther 70cc quad with front and rear racks. . none of the quads currently run, as im still cleaning crap outta the tanks from the "sitting up" spells they all were under. the shineray did turn over last night, cranked for about a minute and then sputtered out. i'll get to all that a little later on, and on ANOTHER forum (thanks mr administrator for reminding us all where to post our questions and problems) wink wink
anyway, damn glad to be here, and until they boot me out, yall hear me from time to time. later
