Just a new lost soul on here.

I have read several stories and watched many people on the trails.
Recently my life has changed and it appears I am going through a mid life Identity crisis.
I refer to the first line I have read several stories and watched many a riders from afar. Well alas no more from afar.
I am going to face my mid life crisis front on and start a quest.

I am shopping at this very time and putting the plans in place to leave no later than July 31 on my quest.
Is it late in the season, yes.
Is it going to be long and brutal, yes.
Am I underfunded, yes.
Will I ever be a burden on anyone, no.

I am going to purchase my ATV new or used not sure.
I am going to purchase an off the shelf trailer.
I am going to pack up and prepare the best way Uncle sam, College and life has taught me.

It will be either a either a great adventure and quest or it will be short lived and I will ball up under a great redwood and call it life.

Not sure if I am going to be seen or heard. But here we go.

I am not doing this to become famous, live out a lost childhood nothing for fame and glory.
I am doing it because I am a free man. An American.
Where will I go, what will I do?
I am going to start with the TAT and go from there.
Not sure what will happen after I post this however as Cortez did I am burning my ships to motivate myself.
