Just above the top post on the page, look for the Thread Tools tab. Click on that and it should have a drop down menu, and choose Subscribe to Thread.

 

In the upper left above the top thread, click on User CP.

If you want to edit your profile picture, under Your Profile click on Edit Profile Picture. You should be able to load the picture there.

If you want to add an avatar, go further down to Settings and Options section and click on Edit Avatar. You should be able to load the avatar there.
