Welcome to the forums.

Sounds like your electrical system is drowning out. Try some dielectric grease on the plug wire for starters.

That's the thing there no water goes up that far. Like today was on a run on it and I came up to a water hole so I took my time going through it and was half way up 4 tires just enough to cover the rear end and the foot pegs went under soon as that happen it died and had to just off drag it out of the water soon as I got it out I pulled it over three times it spudderd for a few seconds and idled away

Check any vacuum lines, and I still would look for some loose connector or shorting wire.
