Looking for help with regulator
I got a new regulator for my 2004 Polaris 500 atp. There is only 4 wires coming out. 1 Brown, 1 red, 1 yellow with red stripe, 1 yellow. What do I hook up on atv, there is 8 wires on that.

Not getting your drift on the 8 wires? Old part number(4060173) had just 4 wires and new replacement part number 2203638 shows the same.Shouldn't be any trouble on switching regulator wires out. 2203638 Polaris Voltage Regulator 400 500 600 700 2003 2004 | eBay
