Mr.Old Polaris Tech.thanks for all you're help.I think I finally got it,I must not have tightened the impellor nut enough because the impellor was locking against the outer housing and would'nt evening turning.So I added another washer between the nut and impellor and used blue locktight on the nut.But thx. again.

That's fine adding another small washer in front of the nut.. The main thing is to make sure you still have the small seal washer behind the impeller. If you don't that may be the reason you've had to add a washer. This small washer helps protect the w/pump seal from seeping and wear from the impeller. Item#5.
