Welcome to the forums. 
If you click the "Forums" tab just under the big ATV at the top left of the page, it takes you to the main forum area. Scroll down to the section that pertains to your question and click on that. Near the top left, you should see a tab that says "New Thread". Click on that and you're on your way.

Greetings from Colorado. There are a lot of very helpful folks on these forums. The best way to ask a question is to scroll to the Forums drop down box near the top of the page. Then select the forum that best fits your question. For example, General Discussions > Buying an ATV was the first area that I asked a question about reliability of the different brands.
Don't worry, your thread is always carried in the New Posts so forum users will see it no matter what forum it might be in.
