Welcome to the forum. I love the Cats! I've never been disappointed, just sold my old 2001 AC 500 with 9,000 miles for $2,500. I bought it for $400 with 4,000 miles, owner thought it had a bad motor, nope.

Default ac 250

thank you for the concern with my son but it is not for him to ride alone i would never allow that. he just loves cruising around our property on my lap he cant even reach the pedals to shift or reach the throttle. so update on my situation with all the feedback from everyone here i was able to locate the actual throttle adjustment screw which was by the handle bar under a rubber boot. i was still having issues with the quad bogging down so i took the carb off and i didnt tighten down the power jet enough and it vibrated out. i made sure to get it back to the proper setting and tweaked the air/fuel adjustment. with all of that said im pleased to say i have pretty much got it running near perfect. now i do still have questions about my choke it seems no matter where i have the choke set weather it is starting it or while it is running is does not seem to effect the machine at all. i was told by the guy i bought it from that it may not always choke it off when i use the choke so i will take any advice or ideas on that matter. yes 200 bucks was a great deal the guy i bought it from has been incredible the entire time sticking by my side to help figure it out and get it running. thank you to all for the help thus far.
