New old guy here in western NC

New on here, new to the four-wheeler scene. I collect and restore vintage garden tractors and related stuff so I can handle a wrench but most of my hands on experience has been with engines that have carbs and points/condenser type ignitions. I'm entering unfamiliar territory here.

Ok, I tried another post in the "vintage" forum and get a "no forum specified" message. What could I be doing wrong?
