Default New to quads, need help with my 1988 yamaha moto 4 200

It stars right up first pull, revs freely in N and will go into gear, but loses all power while riding. Any ideas?

Check to make sure there is nothing holding it back...like stuck brakes, siezed up wheel bearings etc
You can jack it while on a stand and make sure all the wheels are free
Cheers !

Well I guess we have eliminated those parts, next hing up would be the clutch assy...you can see in the parts picture it uses friction discs like a motorcycle, might be no lining left on these discs, you will have to take them out for inspection
