old Suzuki I think 1985-87 ran ok 3-4 yrs.ago has been setting since in garage,back wheels will not turn(seem to be locked)can not seem to find nuteral either.no manual,?would rear brake drum be first area to look or clutch or trans I have no manual or experience with this machine any ideas or help greatly appreciated
