I recently obtained a 04 john deere trail buck 650 and it had been worked on and shoved in the back of a garage. There are some plugs I'm unsure of. can anyone help me figure out a location. Of where this eye goes
Agree that looks to be a ground wire but trace it out if possible. BTW, the wire right behind your wire with the ring terminal, it has rubbed the wire insulation off, you'd be best to address that exposed wire, even if a ground wire. You might also want to clean all your battery post terminals and ring connections, frame ground connections as well. You could head-off an elusive electrical problem in the future by cleaning them now.
