Default Freshman to the 4wheeler world

Hi my name is nathan I'm 37 I recently bought a quad from a family member it was an 2006 baja extreme 300 with 5 speed manual transmission. Someone tried stealing it and ripped all electrical out of it. In the same week my sisters boyfriend gave me his 2005 Suzuki baja extreme 300 automatic. With the electric misconfigured I'm no dummy but maybe I am when it comes to electrical on these 4wheelers. The 2095 Kawasaki and 2018 brute force Kawasaki are owned by my brother . Last year the 2018 Kawasaki rolled down a mountain and twisted the frame. He bought the 2005 Kawasaki for 400 dollars it had pushed a rod through the head. He is getting it fixed. But I need help with the 2005 Suzuki baja extreme 300 with the wiring and whatever else I may need to complete this project. Thank you and I sure would appreciate any pointers even critical advice.
