Welcome to the forums.
Would highly recommend getting a factory service manual.What I've found.
Cylinder head 8mm bolts, 18-20 ft pd.
Cylinder head cover nuts 6.5-8 ft pd.
Cylinder head to cylinder 6mm nuts 5-8 ft pd.
This was just a quick Google search, I do not own one so can't say this is exact.
