yamaha wolverine yfm350fx 4x4

so this bike has been working on my nerves any help would be appreciated.

so started off with a busted crank case half then noticed the stator cover was also busted found pieces of it in filter but it was done for..

so I found a 2000 Yamaha big bear 400 local and after I assembled the crankcase back together then took the Yamaha 400 jug and put it on the 350 engine with the Yamaha 400 piston should work right.. then installed the 350 top with the valves in it.
so then I took the Yamaha 400 stator and armoic balancer or the thing that has the T timing and F for fire then tried cranking no fire no fire then I noticed the wiring leaving the stator and pick up coil was on the opposite side of the plug going to cdi vs the 350

so took the 350 stator and pick up coil and installed it what do you know I have fire… but the darn thing still won’t run need help!!! I’m about to burn it
checked timing again looked good
cleaned carb
has fuel
got compression
blew the carb off boot when I sprayed starter fluid.
