I have just attained a kazuma 110cc quad. I put a new battery on it and it was turning over but not starting. Put a new spark plug and now it like some whirring noise when I try to start . I have a fuse that keeps blowing too . It’s a wir me that goes to the battery. If anyone could help me out I’d really appreciate it
