CAN ANY ONE TELL ME WHERE THEY AR LOCATED ON THE CARBS?

Here is a jetting tech tip that has a photo. The text is blurry, but the middle red arrow points to an air screw.

Is there a second air screw? The 2nd carb looks identical but the picture doesn't show clearly whether there is one on the other carb or not. There would have to be right?

Yes, there is one, just can't see it. They are obvious when you take a look.
