Great,
Thursday i have then putting in a Twin Air Filter, adjusting the carbs, engine, EPI Black Springs and i'll tell the tech that i want the choke replaced as a whole! Am going to be looking at tires too.
Yea you guys have it in the bag with knowledge here! wife is getting ticked at me reading this instead of paying attention to her. "Your on line way to much!" So, i printed some of NYROC stuff to read off line! hahahaaaa!!!!!!! I'm not going to do this stuff myself this time! Need the machine and can't risk screwing it up! I'm going to learn and do a little at a time!
you have been more than helpful Steve.

I know what Steve is saying, and he is probably right> He is saying the Holeshot module will make the bike to (jumpy) for lack of a better word. On a small farm you will be starting and stopng alot, this module will tend to jerk you around more, your wife might not like it. It will add more power to your low and mid range but it will sacrifice some comfort.

Rivermud is dead on. The module makes the bike quite snappy on the bottom end and this might get a bit annoying with the stop and go riding. I like the bottom end kick and the thing wheelies like a fool but this might not be this best for working around the farm. Another thought might be to hook up the module to a switch as NovaKaw650 did. This way it could be off while your labouring around the homestead but when your out to play and the wife's not looking flick the switch and BOOM instant thrills, hehe

Printed his directions on the switch out for later use!
the module may have to wait for a month or 2. But for 100+/-???? I looked on Diamond G site and couldn't find any info or specs on it. Anyone have a link for the modual?
the dealer called me 1/2 hr ago and was reading what i wanted done on the 650 ..... he said i should have the black and red springs. ..... you guys say no........ right????
Thanks again!

DBCooper,
Definately go with the black secondary. I have the red primary installed but I like the higher engagement to get those 28's rolling through the muck. For stock tire sizes I wouldn't bother with a primary spring.
I bought my modulator from Dale Brooks here in Nova Scotia for $100 can. You can contact him by email at dbrooks650@hotmail.com if your interested.

the best thing for pricing on the springs is just to spend some time surfing the net I paid roughly $80 after shipping, but have seen lower and higher then that but well worth the money

mudhound, I know the benifits of progressive springs but are there any downfalls that you have noticed? I was thinking about these myself but didnt know if they would affect the ride on flat ground. Does it make the ride rougher like going over logs or potholes? let me know if theres anything you dont like about the springs. If you look at advertisments they only show the good parts of everything. Thanks,
