Default Fan wont turn off on my Vforce

Took it out for first time today and the fan would never shut off. I had to disconect it to get it to stop after i got done rideing. I checked again after it is totaly cool and the fan still stays on. Dont need the key on it just spins on its own.

Anyone have this problem, What could it be, Im thinking temp sensor..

A temp sensor would put a temp light on too, I'm thinking it's wired wrong.

Or check and see if there is a fan relay. It could be bad. Did the fan come on as soon as you cranked it the first time or only after it got warm and never shut off? If it was the latter of the 2 then I say it is either a water temp sensor stuck in th eopen position or a fan relay. Either one is an easy fix.

The fan stayed on only after it got hot and never shut off. The temp Sensor is on the top of the radiator and when I pull one of the two wires off it shuts off and breaks the flow of current to the fan. Im now thinking it is the temp sensor.

I bet I am going to have to wait a long time to get a new one.

i wouldnt even play with it .I would bring it back to the dealer and have them figure it out after spending all the $$ for it. Enjoy riding it not fixing it
