V-Force Radiator Hose Problem
#1
The radiator hose on the V-Force is not well protected, I went on some hard trail riding and punctured the radiator hose right at the clamp thank god there was enough play in the hose to cut it and reclamp it and fill the radiator with bottled water. Has anyone found a way to protect it better. By the way I cannot believe how good the V-Force does in the mud I had it upto my seat for about an hours riding it beat all expectations I had on how it would do I could not get it stuck no matter how hard I tried.

I haven't had any problems with mine, but I looked at it the other day while I was changing oil, trying to envision a better place for it. I'm thinking I might just put SS braided protector on it.
I haven't really gone mudding on mine, we've been in Extreme Fire Watch for a few weeks now, but I'm looking forward to it.

yea i have had mine burried in mud and had to get pulled out by my buddy and it ran fine the rest of the day I think that the auto tranny helps alot in the mud also because it nevers bogs down.

Had the same problem cut my hose, Cut hose
Also moved the fan forward cutting into the radiator Cut radiator
The local radiator guy welded it shut and said if it didn't work he would make me a better one for $200.
The mud ability is amazing, I have 27" 589's and they actually float the machine.
