my son cracked his engine cover on his 110 mojave. i called kawasaki and its 90 for a new ordered part, but i was wondering if any of you know where i can get one for cheaper. it covers the generator they said, and the big problem is oil drains right out of it.

 

what me and my friend did to his mojave 250 when his cracked we took some screen put it on the hole and put jb weld on it that is alli can tell or u can go bid on one on ebay.com.

thanks man, i was thinking of doing something like that. what kind of screen did you guys use? and how long will the jb weld hold up for?

 

There are several very good epoxies out now. Devcon makes casting repair epoxy....it DOES work, I used it on a clutch cover on one of my dirtbikes!
Your other option might be a weld shop. Although, they might want more labor $$$ than the part costs!

 

window screen but i think there r different textures but it got to be t bendable metal kind not the soft crap t woroks good tho.

o yea and it holds up for a long time i have never seen it stoping up.
