Jetting Mojave For WB Pipe+Filter
#1
i have an 02' mojave with white brothers slip-on, k&n filter, and k&n jet kit. i have had this setup for a while with DJ134 main jet, needle on 3rd positions, and mixture screw 2 turns out. it has good low to mid but the top end absolutely sucks, it sputters like a b*tch. i am going to now run the pipe without the spark arrestor/deflector plate and wide open and change the main jet to a 132 which is stock size. anyone thinks this sounds right? and any other advice to help my top end out? by the way i am running in about 80 degrees at 500feet altitude. anyone who has any information about jetting with a white bros pipe please post some good setups here.

I bought a kit a while back with a white brothers E and a K and N filter with jet, well it was a 140 jet and i didnt have all that fancy clips and stuff, so i would just get a 140 and adjust the rest till its right, check the spark plug, best way to jet. Also do a search i tihnk ive posted alot on jetting . hope this helps

i thought at first it was running lean but it is not, it is def. rich and i only went up on the jettin 1 size from stock on the main. my plans are to just go to the stock main jet now because the midrange and lower throttle positions are great so therefore needle and pilots and screw are fine, it is just the main. but thanks for your help and deutranomy no problem for the help. to answer your question i really dont like twist throttle all that much. everytime i hit a bump or do a wheelie i am on the grap bar or on the ground. i guess you just have to wait til u get used to it.
