dial-a-jet for vforce
#3
I ordered mine from Rocky Mountain, Dial-A-Jets do seem to work, but if the V-Force
has the same airbox as the 03 Prairie, these things are a pain to install because everything has to go
inside the airbox. Before you start drilling holes in your airbox, make sure your air lines and fuel lines for the Dial-A-Jets
will fit without interference. Dial-A-Jets are worth it only if you are going to be riding at a lot of different elevations or
extreme temperatures. This is my personal opinion.
Hope this helps.

It's hard for me to answer that question, because I don't know how or where
you are going to use your bike. I chose Dial-A-Jets because I like to ride in Colorado
at 10,000 to 13,000 ft. Then I go home to Tenn. where I need different Jetting.
The Dial-A-Jets take care of this, but it is easier to rejet and cheaper ( Kawi jets or dyno jets,) and install 2 small washers ( 30 or 40 thousands) under your needles riding at anything under 2500 ft.
If you are riding at higher elevations, remove the small washers and go smaller on the jets.
Hope this helps

I have said it before and I will say it again. Get the ATACC system from Holtzman Engineering. Far superoir to the dial a jets. They will adjust for barametric pressure as well as alt and temp. We have been using then on our mountain sleds for the last 4 years. Nobody uses the dial a jets anymore www.holtzmaneng.com
