Will it hurt your engine if you accelerate at full throttle often? as in most of the time? I was just wondering if it would hurt anything. It probably does but what exactly what does it hurt? I thought that atv engines were made to be ran at high revs. Thanks. P.S. riding at too high rpm's won't cause an engine ticking right?

Your quad should have a rev limiter on it which will prevent the engine from going past a safe rpm.Sure going full throttle almost all the time is going to speed up engine wear.I do the same thing on my mojave anytime I get a chance its full speed.
