What to do next ?
I have a v-force 700. It has a pink spring installed and a black spring also. I have also installed a set of pro-circuit T4 exhaust. Also a DG v-pro fat series front bumper and rear grab bar A arm guards. Also AC nerf bars with black webbing. C series rims with stock fronts and 20x11x10 Maxxis razors rears. I have not jetted just adjusted to get it running ok. I live at about 800 to 1000 ft above sea level. I have just ordered a hpd plain spring. What to do next ?
thank you for the information i took of the snorkle this morning and that helped take out some all of the popping when i let off the throttle. can you recomend a jet size at 800 to 100 feet above sea level?[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

I don't have a 700, can't recommend a size for jets.
The carb heater detracts from performance a little (I hear). I have had many machines benefit from cooler intake air. I just havent done it to my 650.
The heater prevents icing in snowy weather. My 650 will sit and idle without dying when the snow flies better than other quads. It could run just like the other quads if I removed it.

What to do next ?
With just pipes, I would recommend going to 140-145. BUT!!!!! You have the output in the pipes, now you need the dual snorkels. See my post earlier re Home Depot Vac hose. And of course the K&N filter. Rocky Mountain has them 40 bucks. Pipes work best if you have increase input as well as a better filter. I installed the TPI adjustable vents just to give me more air at higher elevations. With all that, I would bet at 1000 ft you would want to be around 145-150. Keep an eye on the plugs as well.
