Hey thanks for the reply, i was just about to start trying how to put this on and where to mount it,
some of the ?s are like where to put it, do i have to run it through both ex pipes, am i going to need to make a y track for my intake to go to one carb or can i just pressurize my airbox, will it destroy my air box, do i need to get forged pistons, what about a f. m. u., i know this wont be easy but never the less i love a good challenge if more power is at question.
THANKS FOR ALL INFO IT IS MUCH APPRECIATED!

Kawimech,
I have PM'd you with my number we can banter on the forum for months without touching the meat of the project. I hope you can do some fabricating - handy with a welder especially aluminum to have a shop do this will cost a small fortune. In my application I have invested 200 hours of labour not to mention cost of material, carbon slide 45mm carb, engine lath time, milling machine time. There are other blowers out there that can untilize your existing air box/carb arrangement will give you in the 20 Brake horse power variety by basicly hooking it up. There is no mistaking the sound Super Chargers make they are coooooooooooool!!!!!!!!!!!

MentalState,
I tend not to post pics as it is usually just a bragging right far as I am concerned. There is a magazine editor who has been in contact with me for some time to show some of my work. By spring I will give him an exclusive to my improved designs. There are 3 forum members who have ridden my quad they can attest to the performance of the machine. To look at my quad it would not stand out in a line up and I like it that way sort of a sleeper. One fellow actually cat walked it for 100 feet right from a dead stop he went back to his Ruby to see the difference LOL. He went back to my kawi, shook his head all he could say was Nuts, just Nuts. Next spring will be the time for unveiling expect to see a fully tuneable ignitioned/EFI with 2 stage Nos will it show,........nope. It will look like your garden variety P700 covered in mudd.

the tuneable ignition(or just an unretarded one) and EFI are intriging........but NoS...no thanks.
Wish someone would come out with an ignition that is not so dang retarded as the stock.........both figurative and litterally.....

Cartman,
You can mount another ignition it must be crank fired for it to work on the Kawi. You can adapt a 4 cylinder bike ignition so long as it is crank fired. I have 3 systems that work they require some modification to mount the reluctor and pick up wheels. The rest is plug in the wires and away you go. Check out Ultimate Ignition and Ultimate Ignition Revisited there is good amount of info there. One of these units is totaly tuneable.
