Default Carbon Fiber intake for V-force

I was under the impression that the diamond G replaces the stock intake with one that is much larger. I know that CCperformance is making an intake as well and it is a seond intake that you drill a hole for in your air box.

Hey Tonto57, What does DG say for a K&N and a slip-on exhaust at sea level? I would like to know so when I order my intake I have all the right jets ready to go in.

Default Carbon Fiber intake for V-force

I just got back from riding this weekend and I opened up the grooves in the black hood for a ram air affect as Diamond G recommended and I picked up another quad length drag racing my buddies, this thing flat rips now! I dont know about the slipon exhaust but I have a K@N filter on mine and now it feels jetted perfect. Also there is a built in drain just like from the factory in case you go in the water to deep. Hope this helps

This has been my honest experience with this product. I read where several G.N.C.C. racers use this now also. I payed 3 times the price for my exhaust compared to the Diamond G intake and the intake makes much better power and thats a fact!
