20" tires on the V
I borrowed a set of 20" Razr II's on 9" beadlocks from DHP400 after he insisted that I would not believe how different the feel was. I wondered about extra wheel spin, but I never noticed it. After riding our track yesterday on the 22" XCT's, and then this morning on the 20" Razr's... I am convinced that 20" tires are the way to go for GNCC style riding on the V. In the places that I did alot of 2 wheeling with the 22's in corners the V just sucked it up with the 20's. I just felt the V was more stable. I could carry alot more speed through the corners, and I could break them loose much easier. Hey Doug, I think I need to try them one more time before I bring them home.......

What size does he have in the front. I'm looking at getting the Razor II on Baja rims this winter for next season. But as it sounds, it looks like I will get the 20" instead of the 22". But does he still run the 22" in the front, and what is his back spacing on the front rims. I was thinking of going to the 4+1 to get my front to about 46" wide.

He is still running stock rims on the front with 22" Razr II's tried to get me to try them to, but I never. He says that the steering is more precise(for him). I did love those 20's on the back though. I noticed no difference on exceleration at all..Hey GE you widen that bike it may be you a cluncking those tree's next year, and that is exactly what I will have next year..20's on Baja rims.

TRX
I don't want to make it wider, I want it narrower. Stock is 47" in the front, and I want to put it to 46". There were some tuff area's to get through with the V in stock width in the front. I think if I can get it to 46" I will be able to go faster on those tight trails. Maybe next year I will be in front of you.

I too am running 20" ITP XCR-03s in the rear and 21" ITP XCRs in the front on T-9s.....very happy
with the way it handles now....not as much side wall flex and I feel it gets out of the hole better.
May play with the fronts though as it seems to wash out a little more than withs the 22"s
