If you have a KFX700 or A Prairie 700 you should read this post!

I posted it on my site because it is long and involved!

Default Dynojet and Airbox mods!

Olddirtrider,
I have said this many times on this forum that the Dyno Jets will not deliver the requirements that the motor needs after intake and muffler modds. The largest DJ jet is smaller in volume than the OEM jets that came with the quad in the first place if you spent money on them you are S.O.L. because no one will buy them from you I have a set you can have if you wish. I have not been able to sell them at all I was taken in by DJ also and am very disapointed with them to say the least. Jetting on this forum has been worked to death and then some take a tour do a search you will see the posts on jetting alone. You are at 4000 ft you are probably all right with the OEM jets after opening up your exhaust and intake. You will have to go up a couple of sizes for sure to survive at Glamis XC800 is using 153fr, 155r with drastic airbox modds and dual mufflers and K & N filter at 2400 ft. The filter alone dictates how much you must jet up as well use Keihin jets they will not let you down plus you can buy a mulitude of jets for the same price you have already spent on DJ's.

I tried to go to the page you outlined but came up with no text, I went to the site you have on the bottom of your sig there I went to where a fellow had a bad time with Dyno Jet.

I am not disputing that if you messed around with the Dynojet kit you could eventually come up with a good combination, but the last thing I want to do is keep rejetting my machine.

So if we follow Dynojet's logic, we should let John Force know that his blower isn't making him in any more HP! (LOL)

I should thought to ask if more air would increase the torque! I guess if you follow the same logic there would also be no increase on torque or change in the torque curve.

So that's why I posted this INFO, because it was the most ridiculous logic I had ever heard!
