I have only installed the spring thus far since I did not get the puller(idiot) I raced it last weekend, harescramble and got the holeshot. What a difference that spring was, I can hardly wait to install the weights.

I think 58g but not sure the web site is http://www.daltonindustries.com/atvkits.htm. You can call Dale and ask, I just took his word that it will help with my starts and so far half the kit has!!

VNASTY, the best thing you can do is as Kawy said, call DaltonPro and talk to Dale, he has a V Force himself and has designed everything for it! His is a 785 big bore and they drag race it!

kawy;

Its easier with primary clutch off, but you don't have to take it off.

1. Roll your belt off.

2. take center bolt out of primary.

3. take the 8 bolts out around face plate. 10 mm wrench.

4. take off face plate and spring.

clutch will open up. weights are hanging on a stud. two 10 mm thin wall sockets. or wrenches

when you put the face plate back on, make sure the arrow on the face plate is directly over the arrow on the spider.

About a 10-15 minute job with the right tools.

I've found the easiest way to get the belt off is I took a 2X4 piece of wood and cut it into a wedge shape, I put it into the rear sheaves and roll the belt and clutchs back which will spread the rear clutch sheaves, then roll it forward enuf to get the wedge out and then remove the belt. Once you have done this even a tight belt will be off in seconds!!!! Then you can follow Shotguns directions,,, it is all an easy process once you have done it!
