skis and tracks for v force???
No worries..Nobody has a better sense of humor than me!!
You are right on the RXL's I had a 92. Fast but a pig. I ALLWAYS mod out my machines so they are never close to stock. I ran RMK's till I wanted better suspension. I now have a 156 2" stuffed into a XC800. Pipes , Vforce reeds, Team secondary, Holtzman ATACC, Dial a dome Heads and Twin PSI's. 19/40 gearing. Top speed on the lake. 78-80mph BUT 65 mph track speed up a 45 degree hill on 20 feet of snow . Out hear is the steep and deep boondocking, not lake or trail riding.
I could use some of your snow around the lake cabin though

last year, we did some sledding in Colorado... there was a pair of custom Ski Doo 800's doing all the high marking on the slopes... those guy's were crazy... we were around 12,000 - 14, 000 ft... & as a pair of "flat landers", we spent most of our afternoon on the trails, ( we rented sleds for the day ), & getting a group from bayou country repeatedly unstuck...

I NEED to experiance going up a hill at 65 in 20 feet of snow before I die...that looks insane..I have only seen fotage of this being done...I also need to get to the sand dunes with my V before I die..
Grass is always greener on the other side. All we have over here are Mountain views, lakes and trails..Although running up on a dozen or so dear in the middle of the trail, is a pretty cool experiance in itself.

Check out the picture with the skis in the front.
http://jandjyamahamotorsports.com/id110.htm
Cost is about $2000 installed.
Much cheeper then a sled.
Insurance and cost to own only one machine is a factor.
I am looking to do this only if I could use the sled trails in NY and Vermont.
