help me with my p650!!

oops got carryed away and posted it before i wrote something...
i was riding my p 650 on the snowy roads tonight and i went bout 20 miles and the thing started popen and missing and the dash went out and the 4wd isnt working. whats the matter with it? i had to ride 20 miles goin about 4mph to get home which sucked. does anyone kno it i hurt anything by doing this? thanks oh yea in gear it flashes the reverse light and in nutral it flashes nutral and reverse.

There is a switch in the belt housing like the above post states. The purpose of this is so that when you belt starts to wear it will trip this switch and cause a rev limiter action to safely get you home so a broken belt won't leave you stranded.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
