Default Runs Hot

I have been having a on going problem with my 84 KXT250. After riding it for about 10 minutes the bike would start to over flow, mostly when ever I rev the motor.I have replaced the radiator and cap,put on a new, head and gasket ,the head was warped a bit,and the water pump looks ok.Now the motor seems to get hot rather quickand when I take the radiator cap off and start the bike I can't tell weather the coolant is flowing normal or not,it looks like it bubbles, more so when I ren up the motor but it has not over flowed again yet. Any one ever have any thing like this happen before? Any advice?

I would make sure it is not plugged somewhere. Drain the fluid and try to blow some air through it.

I have been lerking for a while now.

Intro, My name is Stan, I do not own a bike yet, but, I have my order in and it should be here in about 6 months, if the wife doesn't spend all my money before then. I am going kawi 650 or 700, depends on the sale at the time. I have driven two 650's and I just have to have one. I have driven a Rubicon and some other Honda's and like the Kawi much more. I am getting it with a set of Mudlites, based on what I have read in these forums, (you guys are a sespool of info) lol.

Keep up the great topics and I will put my two cents in every now and then.

As for KXTMan's boiling over problem, I am basing that on years of racing stockcars and having that happen all to often.

It may also be air trapped in the line somewhere. Let it warm up with the cap off and see if any large bubbles come to the top and escape.
Hope this helps.
