HandGuards on my P360... Worth it?
#1
Has anyone had any experience with Maier Manufacturing's handguards on any Prairie? Are they worth the extra money for the custom fit? Are they simple to install? Any comments would be very much appreciated!

I'm guessing you mean Miaer I don't have them on my prairie but do have a set on the Rancher. They fit great and are simple to install......once i got the correct model
rockymountainatv.com has them for just under 30 bucks if i'm not mistaken...........i'll prolly end up with a set but would rather have an aluminium set.............seems hard to find one for the prairie's though

I was told that Miaer made the Moose brand... I have the moose units, they fit great, & were a perfect match for color... they work great for cold winds & those snagging raspberry bushes along the narrow trails I ride & race on... I've rolled my quad several times now, & the Moose gaurds have come through undamaged each time ( designed very well ), as several brands that I know of, have been damaged from roll overs...

cartman308, it seems to me that the aluminum ones would be dangerous. If you hit something and they bend they might trap your fingers, or worse, cut em off!
