I just ordered the pink spring myself, do the spacers affect the stall or the shiftout or both? Where can you get the spacers?

Thanks!
I just installed the spacers and the pink spring and haven't had a chance to take it out yet.But from what I've read you should get a little of both with the spacers .I got mine from ron ayers.com. The part #is 92026-1603

hey mudmoose i live in ne ohio too and have rode at shenago many times, its very fun becuase it has a little bit of everything including a small mx track by the lake in the middle of the park. how do you like those massive puddles in the entrance, it is fun to hydroplane across them. i dont know if you motocross but have you gone to nemx the new indoor track. just thought id comment especially when i saw your picks of the parking lot, man i cant wait until it warms up so i can get back out there.

Someone a few messages back mentioned getting beat by a raptor -- I just got whipped by a raptor yesterday. Even though the raptor rider was probably 1/2 my weight and the raptor is 200 lbs lighter than the vforce that stung. So what is this "spring" stuff you guys are talking about? I am planning to do HMF duals w/dial-a-jet [i think] to speed up my vforce. Do I need both? Is the "spring" thing simple? Thanks for helping to keep us all out of raptor dust!

There seems to be a misunderstanding here... I'm not the most qualified to point this out, but the spring itself isn't a mod for increasing top speed.

If you want more speed then some of your less expensive options are:
a) more power which you can get from after market exhausts, airbox and filter modifications and/or
b) higher effective gearing or more rpms or both which can be obtained by changing your clutch cover which increases belt travel

Then there are the big dollar upgrades like camshaft changes and big-bore kits.

You know... not to be mean... but many of the guys I see riding out there could make a basic modification that would increase top speed, acceleration, and make riding more fun. LOSE SOME WEIGHT! 100 lbs less weight (which many of you could afford to give up) is probably worth thousands of dollars in upgrades. Then after you lose some weight, if you're still not having enough fun, you can use all the money you saved by packing a healthy turkey sandwich lunch instead of eating Burger King Double Whoppers and buy a spring, a k&n filter, and a dual exhaust.

Cholesterol isn't a fuel additive... eat less and ride more.

That was great! Being from New Orleans I got a kick out of that. Not my fault the raptor rider was anorexic and weighed less than my 5 year old daughter. It is much easier to spend the hard earned dollars on more mods and food.

the spring changes when the clutch engauges and when it shifts out....it helps the acceleration and will help rip down the wall that people complain about when you hit about 40

I checked the site and found the springs , but do they have the spacers? I saw the other site and found the spacers but no springs. It cost more to ship the spacers than they cost. If I could find them together I could mabye save?
