King Kong without a doubt. He can use all his limbs for a nice holeshot and jump the last 100ft.

Now of course Godzilla could sandbag by torching King Kong's body hair and get a lead initially but I think KK would stop, drop, and roll for the finish!

and then of course no more body hair means less drag...get a higher top speed!
