Tire sizes are as follows (for example) 22x11x10

(22) Tire height
(11) tire width
(10) inner dia. or rim size needed

Rim size 10x9 .190's

(10)rim dia. MUST match last # of tire
(9) width of rim (can vary roughly 2-3" of tire width)
.190 is the thickness of the rim (larger number is better)

In regards to bolt pattern, the rim manufacturer can tell you that, just inform them what year and model of quad you have.

I bought 10x9 .190's from Douglas for my DS, they are awesome looking and only cost $55 ea.
