kvf650 beats kvf700

hey not a fair race... I left mine in low range to give you a head start. when I put mine in high I left it in 2wd to keep it closer to even LOL. or maybe I thought we were racing to the other end of the lake.
Fun day regardless. I would like to see what she would do with the mudrunners now. I just want to play a little more with those ex but they didn't.

I also drag raced a stock 700 with my modified 650(I have two quad lengths on a stock 650 on a complete drag). Both bikes were in perfect condition in 4wd (2wd too much spinning on take off). Off the start, I was leading with about a quad length(my red clutch spring help me with a holeshot start). Then the 700 slowly passed me. At top end, we both had a top speed of 103km/h and the 700 finished with two quad lengths on me.

And we both (the P700 and P650) beat the Grizzly 660 and Bombardier quest 650 all the way to 103km/h, then Grizzly passes us very slowly to reach about 108 km/h and the Quest then passes the Grizzly to reach 116km/h.

I guess Dale's 650 is very well tuned! I lost on the 700 from middle of mid-range to top end on three trials, he seemed to have more power on the top end and better drive belt (I still had my 650 belt then maybe that could of also help him because now since a have a 700 belt my top speed is 106km/h). I wonder if the trails are nice in Nova Scotia? I was there two years ago but haven't gone to the quad trails since I was on a trip visiting Cavendish P.E.I (beautiful by the way).

Wow! I am speechless. 112km/h with your prairie you are very lucky. I have putten a lots of time a money to get to a speed similar to 112km/h but the because I got is 106km/h on a straight pavement road. This one doesn't count, but with my friend(200lbs) sitting with me(140 heavy lbs) on the quad going down a step long hill wide open throttle, 118km/h. I think you already told me before you had the flywheel 6°off-set key mod and was it that, that help you get that impressive top speed? I wanted to do it but last week, I heard about to Dyna Fs Cdi so I decided not to get an off-sey key and wait for the Cdi.

I was late starting when we pasted the 660 and I pass him on topend by quite a bit. And no Dale's 650 is almost the way it should come from factory. Our trails are good when they are covered in Ice and snow!... Some are getting better.

Kawie650, the trails are also very nice here when it's very cold because there isn't too much traffic to destroy the soft snowtrails And from my house in the winter we can almost travel from Ontario, through all of Quebec and reach New Brunswick. Next week-end, me and 30 other quads are riding together to Montreal's south suburns (I live 30 minutes south of Quebec city and 1 hour from Jackman Maine, USA). It should be a very nice and long ride. Summertime fewer trails are open, but in the summertime, that is when I would go to Nova Scotia, would the trails be nice?
