To me the $65 tie rods are a waste...Buy some 3/8" schedule 40 pipe (I used stainless) take the end off, slide on the pipe, and weld it in place about to the begining of the threads. Cost $5. I know one TeamGreen rider with the same thing. It will work just as well as the $65 ones.

i made my tie rods as well, then bent hubs/wheels and a-arms instead of tie rods. i'm back with stock ones, they are cheap, i can afford to have spares on hand. i'll give you my homemade ones, just pay shipping, if you want. take a piece of sand paper, a little paint, shiny.

I just installed the PRM 6-pack rack. It went on very easy (10 minutes) and seems to be rock solid. The grab handles are also well placed on it and the flag mount is way better than that paper thin stock one (mine broke off climbing a hill). That stock grab bar is a piece of crap I'm glad it's gone.

Only thing missing from your list, since you already have the Elkas, is the 800 kit. Muaaa haaa haaa haaa haaaaaa!

By the way, which Elkas did you get? triple or quadruple rate? Sport/Racing or Elites? Remote or piggyback?

I always tell my friends that ATV riding is a poor man's sport. Looks like you are finding out why...
If you ain't poor when you start, you sure as --- will be before you finish! Therefore, go ahead and spend your money. Thats why you got the atv in the first place - soak up extra cash!
