Recently installed pro circuit pipes on 2004 v force. Pro Circuit said no jetting was necessary. Called them back several times and always got this answer. Quad runs great. Am currently installing a k&n filter and snorkle. Anybody got any answers on jetting. Currently stock jetting

 

With stock air box try 145f/148r,#42 pilot jets,with no spark arresters.see what that does.You can get the jets fro sudco.com.Hope this helps[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

You'll most likely be in the 155/160 jet range after the snorkel and K&N.

I recently installed Yoshi duals, along with a K&N filter. I am running 152/155, and I'm still lean. I also have a DG snorkel on the way.

 

I'm still running stock jets with my mods listed below. Pro Circuit told me the same to stay with stock jetting at my elevation, 5 to 6,000 feet.
