I have been trying to get #45 pilot jets from motorcyclecarb.com for the last 3 weeks. I was sent everyone one they have for the CVK, but none fit. I sent them a picture and deminsions but no luck. They told me know one can get them only through Kawie. Has anyone else tried to get larger ones and where?

I called MD today and he said that Kawie doesn't have them either! He just got a new set of jet bits and 200 stock pilots. He is going to drill some out and try them on PW machine until he gets them right! Next week he told me to give him a call. Thanks MD!

 

I just got #45 from my dealer but he had them in stock. Dennis K has them in their catalog. 22 series Keihin pilot jets.

 

Did you try them or compare?

 

wild will I am having the same problem, so I ordered factory jets from kawie and i guess I will drill them out. Drilled out the first time but drilled to big.

wildwill i ordered mine for the kawi dealer (42 & 45 pilot jets), they should be here today. they costed me $8.00 apiece. i wont be able to test them because we got 8 inches of snow yesterday. crekrunner are you sure about the series #22 ? i seen a post and they said they were #21 series , WHAT GIVES HERE?

Do you have a part # to check on? MD & I have talked to our dealers and they told us Kawie didn't have that style in different sizes. Hopefully you get the right ones? Do you have the stock one's out to compare? Let me know how you make out!

I have 22 series #45 pilot jet in both of my carbs right now. The 21 series will not work.
