Default V broken Steering?

On my V the handle bars move up and down 1/16 - 1/8. Makes a pooping sound when you do it.

It looks like the movement is coming from the bottom of the steering shaft where it connects to the bracket that is welded to the frame.

Has anyone else seen this?

My handle bars wiggle a little bit but they definitely don't make a "pooping" sound. lol

Ya mine move forward and back a little as well due to play in the top bushing. But the up and down is different. Maybe a clunk is a better descripter than a pop.
