I got the set-up today for sea-level jetting.Stock air box(no holes)145f/148r,.20 shims under the needles,2 turns out on the low end screw. This set-up is staight from Muzzy,it runs perfect. There is no flat spots or anything. As soon as I started it,I knew that it was right on the money.

Pistonman,What do you have done to your air box? I have stock box with baffle cut out and a 2-1/2" hose running up to the for snorkle.

The only mod to the airbox/delivery is a D.G. snorkle and cut in hood vents, besides K & N

I think the cooler (denser) air up here can take more fuel than less dense air. I will try .020--145-148 , then check plugs...
