There will be no V-Force for 2005!!!!
He-He,.........Sorry guys.........It's true.......But not really......
Actually the quad will be available, but it will no longer be called "V-Force".
Here's Kawasaki's official statement............Dated March 19, 2004
"Since 2002, both Kawasaki and Moto Tassinari, Inc. have been using the "V-Force" terminology on certain products. KMC has attached the name to its very popular KFX 700 ATV, and Moto Tassinari has used it in conjunction with the reed valve product it sells."
"To avoid the possibility of any potential confusion by consumers, the two companies have amicably agreed to clarify how the "V-Fore" terminology will be used going forward."
"Effective May 31, 2004, KMC will no longer use the term "V-Force" in connection with the sale of ATVs and ATV parts and accessories. This timing will not affect how you, as dealers, market 2004 model year product, nor will it alter KMC's after-sales support for the 2004 product, or many of the communications elements that are key to such support."
"The KFX 700 V-Force will now be called the KFX 700. The name of this ATV will now more closely replicate the alpha-numeric approach taken with some of our other all-terrain vehicles, such as the KFX50, KFX80, and KFX400."

I saw the new Kawasaki KFX700 ad in the May issue of DW today and it's plain to see they were serious about the V-Force name thing. Looks like they decided it a while back considering that it takes a while to get these magazine together.
In the new ad, it is called the KFX700 officially. The old V-Force decals are gone.
