Toe in is when the front tires are not parallel. The front of the tires should be slightly closer together than the opposite (pigeon toed).
You adjust it by shortening or engthening the tie rods. The tricky part is getting the measurement right.
Most vehicles run 0 to 1/16" toe in. I set my 650 for 1/16" and it handles better at high speed. It came with 1/2" toe in and it stunk with bigger tires at high speeds.
